Meah is a small yet prosperous city located on the coast of Adarlan, ruled by a cadet branch of House Havilliard. It's Lord is the father of Roland Havilliard. Although the city's great fortune, it does not hold political power or an army.
During the events of Empire of Storms, Roland's father, emboldened by Rifthold's fall and rumors that Aelin was not returning home but instead running, marched his small garrison of troops over the border into Terrasen and claimed the port of Ilium for himself. Aelin soon liberates the town and defeated the soldiers out of Meah.
